Registration

To register for Coyote Camp, Raccoon Camp or Otter Day Camp, please:

• Review schedule and prices.
• Download, print and fill out our registration form.
• If registering for Otter Day Camp, downlowad, print and fill our our Camper Pick-up Authorization Form.

• Mail it along with deposit indicated on registration form ($50 per week for day camps and $100 per week for overnight camps) to our office: Deep Wilds, 3 University Way, Suite 5, Brattleboro, VT 05301.

Scholarshps
We have a limited amount of funds dedicated for summer camp scholarships to enable campers to participate who otherwise would not be able to afford the full cost of our programs. Please be sure to specify the amount needed to enable your participation. We generally offer scholarships up to 50% of the program cost. To apply, just fill out and mail our scholarship application form.

After registration
When we receive your registration we will mail you an information packet including a detailed camp description, exact arrival and departure times, directions and an equipment/clothing list.

Returning Forms to us
If you did not send all required forms with your deposit, we encourage you to mail all forms and your balance to our office at least 10 days before the first day of camp to make the registration process smoother.

Equipment / Clothing
For overnight camp, tents are provided, but campers must provide sleeping bags, sleeping pads, eating utensils, cups, bowls and plates as well as all personal clothing and other personal items.

Balance
Your balance is due by the first day of camp. We encourage you to mail your balance and any required forms to our office at 10 days before the first day of camp to make the onsite registration process smoother. Please call (802) 257-8570 if this will be difficult for you.

Meals
We provide 3 wholesome meals and several snacks per day at Coyote Camp. A vegetarian option is always available. We choose organic ingredients when possible. We can accommodate many dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, limited food allergies). Please call us if your child has any unusual dietary requirements.

Cancellations:

Coyote Camp & Raccoon Camp: Your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee is refundable if you inform us of your cancellation by by June 10, 2005. Deposits are not refundable after May 30.

Otter Day Camp: Your deposit minus a $35 cancellation fee is refundable if you inform us of your cancellation at least one week before the first day of camp. Within one week of camp, deposits minus the cancellation fee are due
